Within Styria Media Group, strategy development is a significant component of leadership. Starting with the transformation from a classical print and publishing firm into an upto-date multimedia concern – marked bythe founding of the public limited company in 1997 – the executive board of the time has dedicated particular attention to the formulation and dynamic implementation of a sustainable strategy. The goal of this intensive and continuous strategy work was always to take a long-term strategicapproach in order to successfully position STYRIA as a multimedia business in an extremely dynamic environment whilst, at the same time, ensuring steady continued development.
The core values represent principles for the actions and standards of behaviour of STYRIA staff. For day-to-day professional activities, these six values serve as a compass and corrective structure.
