Styria Marketing Services brings together all those companies and areas that manage customer lifecycles on behalf of Austrian Styria publishers. Featuring amongst the declared objectives and tasks of these marketing services are customer acquisition, customer care (service centre) as well as customer relations management for ‘Kleine Zeitung', ‘Die Presse', ‘WirtschaftsBlatt' as well as for the Styria Multi Media group. Currently Styria marketing services consists of ‘Call & Mail' (offering telephone marketing and direct marketing as well as market and opinion research) and the readers' service of ‘Kleine Zeitung'.
