The access data collected from you within the framework of the website usage will be used for statistical analyses and in aggregated form for the purpose of the operation (technical administration), security and optimisation of the website. When you visit our website, we use cookies ("strictly necessary cookies") which are technically necessary pursuant to Section 96 Para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and are essential for the operation of the website. As a general rule, strictly necessary cookies cannot be deactivated. However, certain browsers can block these cookies or suggest this to the user. Please note that the blocking of these cookies can impair the usage of the website or occasionally make it impossible. All other access data gained with the aid of cookies will only be processed for the said purposes if you have given us your consent to this. Further information on this can be found under point 6 ("Does the website use cookies?").

The processing of the IP address is also done to defend against attacks (denial of service) against our systems (on the basis of legitimate interests).
For the purpose of processing enquiries and any follow-up questions from users, we process the personal data collected for this purpose on the basis of legitimate interests.
If you have handed your business card to us, we save and process the personal data depicted on it to enable us to contact you in a business transaction as required on the legal basis of legitimate interests.

However, your personal data will also be processed on our behalf by our service providers (contract processors). These contract processors are in particular IT service providers, providers of other tools and software solutions, IT maintenance services and other providers of similar services. All our contract processors only process your data on our behalf and on the basis of our instructions for the purposes shown above.

Through the use of the services of New Relic Inc. (technically necessary session cookies) and Google Inc. If there is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the respective third country pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, the transmission is done in individual cases subject to suitable guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR or, if applicable, as the result of consent for certain purposes.

Cookies are small text files that are temporarily deposited on your computer and which your browser saves. Cookies ensure that your usage of the website is more convenient and more efficient. With most web browsers, cookies are accepted automatically. You can avoid this by changing the settings of your browser. You can also remove cookies saved on your PC at any time by deleting the temporary Internet files / browser files. Like most websites, we also use cookies to gain data about the usage of the website and to improve your usage of the website. Apart from technically necessary cookies pursuant to Section 96 Para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG), we only use cookies if you have given us your consent to this. You give us your consent to this by clicking on the "Accept all" button in our cookie banner. In the cookie banner, you also have the option of making your selection via the "Manage settings" button specifically for each of the purposes listed there or for each of the providers listed there (they are us and technical services providers) as to whether you wish to allow cookies or not. That is why the providers who set cookies when our online services are used are named individually in the cookie banner. If they are joined by additional providers, these are included in the cookie banner and the consent to these requested by repeat display of the cookie banner. Again, the integration of such new cookies is not done until you have actively given your consent to this. You may revoke the consent that you have given voluntarily at any time with effect for the future without giving reasons. As we ourselves cannot attribute the information collected on the basis of cookies to a specific visitor, we ask you to revoke consent that you have given via the data privacy symbol that can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen of the Styria website, or to amend your selection again with regard to the cookies set by the same means, also separately per purpose or provider. After your revocation, no further cookies will be set during your next visit and, as you will then also no longer be recognised as a returning visitor, the cookie banner for the option of consent will then therefore be displayed to you again. In addition, you can deactivate/block or delete cookies globally in your browser by corresponding settings, or also delete them individually. The corresponding links to delete cookies will also be provided by e-mail on request. If cookies are deactivated or blocked, the functionality of the website may be restricted.

Services of Google Inc.
If you have given your consent, this website also uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). This analysis tool uses cookies to fulfil its purposes (in particular) of facilitating an analysis and assessment of the usage of the website by the users and of compiling reports on the website activities, by recording standard logging information and visitor behaviour with regard to the website. The information generated by these cookies is usually transferred to a server of Google in the US or in other countries outside of the EU ("third countries") and saved there. If there is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the respective third country pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, the transmission is done in individual cases subject to suitable guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR or, if applicable, as the result of consent for certain purposes. You can also prevent the recording of the data generated by the cookies and the processing of these data by Google (in addition to changing the settings in your browser and/or in the cookie settings on our website) by downloading and installing the browser add-on available under the following link for deactivating Google Analytics:
IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, meaning that there is no personal link to your IP address.

We only save your personal data for as long as we require them to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and our contractual and/or statutory obligations. When we no longer require your personal data, we delete them from our systems and records or anonymise them so that you can no longer be identified.
A cookie is only readable for a limited period of time for the domain delivering the cookie. The readability ends within 6 to 24 months, calculated from the point in time from which the activity resulting in the cookie is not longer carried out (this is usually the visit to a website). The specific duration of time varies depending on the cookie or the tool used. You can revoke any consent you have given to cookies at any time as described under point 6. and no further cookies will be set any more.
With regard to the use of Google Analytics, users and event data are saved for 14 months.
For IT security reasons, we save your IP address for the duration of 14 days.

We do our utmost to make your visit and your usage of our website as secure as possible. That is why we comply with the provisions of Article 32 GDPR in order to ensure the non-disclosure and security of your personal data and take appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

You have a right to information about the personal data processed by us with regard to your person. In addition, you have the right to rectification of incorrect data and deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
You can also revoke your consent to the processing of personal data with effect for the future if the processing is based on your consent.
You may continue to be entitled to restriction of the processing of your data and to the surrender of the data provided by you in a structured, conventional and machine-readable format ("data portability"). You also have the right to object to the data processing at any time if the legal basis of the data processing is a legitimate interest. You also have the option of filing an appeal with a data privacy supervisory authority. The data privacy supervisory authority responsible for us is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
If you have any questions regarding your personal data, please contact us at
