The Supervisory Board
In accordance with the Austrian Stock Corporation Law the supervisory board has an advisory and monitoring role. Every year at least 4 meetings of the supervisory board take place. As stated in the Styria-charter 6 members of the board are appointed by the owners, 3 are nominated by the staff.

The members are:

-	Univ. Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Johann Trummer (Head of the Supervisory Board)
-	Dr. Heribert Gasser (Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board)
-	GD Mag. Markus Mair
-	Dr. Karl Schleinzer
-	GD Dr. Othmar Ederer
-	Dr. Friedrich Santner
-	Mag. Claus Albertani (Appointed by the works council)
-	Ing. Josef Klapsch (Appointed by the works council)
-	Walter Wally (Appointed by the works council)
